Home Economics Practicals Go Down A Treat!

Congratulations to Ms Johnstone’s 3rd year Home Economics students in successfully completing their Food Literacy Practical Cookery Examinations which were held over the last two days.  The exam is worth 50% of their final Junior Cycle grade. All students showed excellent culinary, hygiene, safety and evaluation skills and we are very proud of them.
